Deltek Acquires Wind2
In a not-too-shocking announcement, Deltek has announced the acquisition of
Wind2. This continues their growth strategy of acquiring competitors. Past
acquisitions include Harper & Shuman, A/E Management Services, Inc. and
Semaphore, Inc.The acquisition includes a client base of 3,000 customers. While there is no
commitment to introduce new upgrades, there is a commitment to continue to
maintain and support the Wind2 Software.
